  4. Your name, address, and contact information
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of applicable courts

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original copyright owner files a court action within the required timeframe.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

APK RUSH reserves the right to terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
